BakeFleet

Features

Built for how a bakery actually works

Not a general shop with bread bolted on. Every part of this assumes a finite bake, a delivery day, and regulars who want the same thing every week.
Weekly stock

A number for each day of the week, not a warehouse count

Set how many of each loaf you make on Tuesdays, on Fridays — once, and it repeats every week. Each order reserves what it takes the moment it is placed: two customers reaching for the last loaf at the same second cannot both get it — the reservation is one atomic operation, not a check followed by a write.

Weekly stock: a quantity for each product on each day the bakery trades.
Fulfillment settings: a delivery round and a pickup window, each with its next dates and their orders.
Delivery and pickup

However you actually hand it over

Delivery rounds grouped by postal code so a route makes sense, filled by weekly standing orders. Pickup windows at the bakery or another regular spot, taking standing orders and one-off orders alike. Both at once, each with its own days, fee and order deadline.

Customers outside your area get a waiting list rather than a checkout they cannot complete — so you can see where demand is building before you expand.

And more

And the parts you only notice when they are missing

Run your own Facebook and Google ads

Paste your pixel IDs and we fire the right events as customers shop — product views, checkouts, orders, standing orders. Your ad accounts, your data, no code.

Standing orders

Each delivery is generated, stock-reserved and charged at your cutoff — the number of days ahead you need to plan the bake. Customers pause, skip or edit right up until then.

Honest money

Charged for the estimated total at cutoff. If a delivery comes up short, the difference is refunded automatically when you confirm what went out. Nobody has to ask.

Vacation mode

One click pauses all sales. Standing orders are not cancelled — they simply produce no deliveries until you are back, and no card is charged meanwhile.

Your own domain

Serve the shop from your address, with the certificate handled for you. Order emails go out under your bakery's name too.

Sales tax that follows the handover

Deliveries taxed where the customer is, pickups where they collect — which is usually a different rate.

Cottage-food disclosures

Set the wording your jurisdiction requires. Each order stores the exact text that was agreed to, so it stays accurate after you edit it.
